Founded in 2004, ANZUK Education began by connecting exceptional educators from Australia and New Zealand with schools in the United Kingdom. What started as a regional focus quickly evolved into a global mission: to ensure outstanding educators are present in every classroom, every day.
As our reach expanded, so did our impact—building trusted partnerships across early childhood centres, schools, leadership teams, and support services. The ANZUK team has genuine on-the-ground teams providing recruitment services across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States. That means, we understand the nuances of teacher training, qualifications, curricula and working conditions in each of these important teacher recruitment pools.
We have specialists in every education stage from pre-kindergarten to Year 12, and special education through to executive search. We work seamlessly across time zones and can assist with screening and onboarding as well as recruitment and selection.
ANZUK operates a fee for service model. We can assist in complex briefs, compiling your recruitment needs analysis with a view to filling all required roles across a group of networked schools. Alternatively you can trial us with individual brief. No membership fees or inflated subscriptions – just great educators.
