Our Executive team boasts a collective educational background and Board experience spanning over 200 years. Strategically situated across various offices, they guarantee in-person involvement at all phases of the recruitment process.
Brendan has led over 50 leadership and executive search appointments 27 years of service in education in Australia and abroad, including roles of Acting Director of Xavier College, Burke Hall and Head of Junior School at Caulfield Grammar

Over 40 years experience in educational leadership, including 21 years as Principal Board Member of Ecumenical Schools Australia 2010-2021, including a period as Chair Chair AHISA Victoria and Board Member National AHISA 2019-2021 Current Board Member Invergowrie Foundation and Former Board Member of Victoria University

During his 39-year career, Nigel was a Principal for nearly 25 years, culminating in a very successful time at Blackheath & Thornburgh College, retiring at the end of 2019 Over 26 years of Board experience, Nigel is the current Chair of a NFP, along with Grace College UQ, and sits on two education Boards
Headmaster – Trinity Grammar (June 2018–2019)
Principal – Carey Baptist Grammar School (2002–2010)
31-year career in education culminated as Principal of Carey Baptist Grammar School Seconded by Board of Trinity Grammar in June 2018 to lead its school as Headmaster Since 2012, Phil has consulted to a number Boards on leadership, governance and compliance
Craig is an experienced, outcome-oriented leader bringing a wealth of expertise gained from leading education recruitment teams in both Australia and abroad over the past ten years Craig is committed to quality and is passionate about supporting educators at all levels to reach their career goals
Rob is an experienced mathematics teacher from the UK and since arriving in Australia in 2013 has spent the last ten years working at anzuk Education. Rob has led teams and his outstanding research and recruitment skills have enabled him to support the unique and varied needs of a vast array of schools and educators
Annie holds a Bachelor of Education(Primary) and Masters in Education (TESOL) and has taught in Wollongong, Brunei and London Joining anzuk Education in 2018, Annie has over a decade of experience in education both as a teacher and recruitment consultant, supporting educators and schools
With over a decade of experience in teaching & education recruitment, Mitch joined anzuk Education in 2018 to support regional & rural schools. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Education (Sydney Uni) and Master of Education. Mitch has led the search and appointment process for over ten Principal appointments in regional NSW
Holding a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education, Simon has taught in Northern NSW and London, then moved into education recruitment In eight years, he has grown this state-wide team and made a significant impact on a large number of leadership and executive appointments
Vaishali holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Marketing and has been part of the anzuk team since 2023.
Since joining Vaishali has assisted our Executive and Leadership team in over 40 appointments, working to create a bespoke marketing plan for each schools needs
